When your doctor prescribes, they sign an e-prescription with a QR code. The pharmacy scans it to confirm it's genuine. Choose delivery to your home or collect it yourself.

Common questions
Can a doctor prescribe over video?
Yes, when it is clinically appropriate and allowed for that medicine. The doctor may ask you to see someone in person instead.
Can I get sick leave or a medical report?
Ask your doctor during the consultation. They decide whether they can issue it after a remote consultation.
Is the consultation recorded?
Only if you agree. You're asked before the call starts, and saying no doesn't affect your care.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Consultations work in the browser on your phone or computer. Apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon.
