Pharmacy

Prescriptions in. Medicines out. Care continues.

The prescription your doctor signs goes straight to the pharmacy you choose. A pharmacist checks it against your allergies and current medicines, then it's ready to collect or delivered to your door.

The script is not a dead end

Verified e-prescriptions

Signed and versioned by the prescriber. A change is a new revision, never a silent edit.

Pharmacist review

Dose, interactions, allergies and validity are checked before anything is dispensed.

Substitutions with consent

A substitute needs pharmacist review and your confirmation — never an automatic swap.

Collect or delivery

Pick up in store or have it delivered, with each step timestamped on your record.

Refills that follow the rules

Refills are checked against the prescription's limits and your doctor's instructions.

Reminders

Dose and refill reminders, so ongoing medicines don't run out.

Common questions

Can I choose my pharmacy?

Yes — any pharmacy on the Liv.Fit network near you, or one you already use if it has joined.

What if a medicine is out of stock?

The pharmacist may suggest an equivalent. It's only dispensed after pharmacist review and your confirmation, or the prescription can go back to your doctor.

Is delivery available everywhere?

Delivery depends on your area and the pharmacy. Options and any delivery charge are shown before you confirm.
