For hospitals and care teams

Every department. One record. Seamless hand-offs.

Refer a patient, ask for a second opinion or move them between departments without re-typing their history. Everyone involved works from the same record, with the patient's consent.

Care that moves with the patient

Referrals

Refer to a specialist with the relevant history attached; the outcome comes back to you.

Second opinions

Share a case with a colleague for review, with the patient's consent and a full access log.

Department hand-offs

Outpatients, wards, pharmacy and diagnostics see one record — a transfer is a click, not a call.

Organisations and sites

Departments, staff roles and multiple sites under one hospital or group account.

Access that follows care

Staff see a patient's record once the patient is under their care — not just because they booked.

Audit by default

Every view, change and hand-off is logged for clinical governance and regulators.

A hand-off, step by step

  1. 01

    Refer

The treating doctor picks a specialist or department and attaches what's relevant.

  2. 02

    Consent

The patient sees who will get access and confirms.

  3. 03

    Review

The receiving team works from the same record, not a faxed summary.

  4. 04

    Report back

Findings and plans return to the referring doctor automatically.

Common questions

Can we run Liv.Fit across several hospitals?

Yes. A group account holds multiple sites, each with its own departments, staff and schedules.

Does it replace our EHR?

It can run alongside it. Records can be exchanged as FHIR or HL7 so your existing systems stay the source where they need to be.

Who decides what a department can see?

The patient's consent and the clinician's role. Access opens when the patient is under that team's care, and every access is logged.
